Funeral services to celebrate the life of Cynthia J. "Cindi" Ross-Webb, 55, a resident of Davenport, will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at the Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home, downtown Davenport. Burial will take place in Holy Family Cemetery, Davenport. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Cindi died Monday, November 19, 2012 at her home following a brief, but courageous battle with cancer.
Cynthia Jo Garrow was born on September 6, 1957 in Iowa City, Iowa, a daughter of Robert and Shirley (Wood) Garrow. She was united in marriage to Robert Webb on November 24, 2006 in Davenport.
Cindi was a caregiver by nature, and a healthcare provider by occupation. She lovingly took care of her son Tim, who became her life after his accident. Her mission in life was caring for others. She also loved camping, and raising Chihuahuas and Dobermans.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Cindi is survived by her husband, Robert, Davenport; children: Daniel Bradley, Natasha Bradley, Brandi Ross, Timothy Ross, "Big" David Gott, "Lil" David Dyer, Jesika Dyer, Laura Webb, and Jessica Webb; 25 grandchildren; her father, Gary Gloden; sisters: Grace Garrow, Jackie Garrow, Kim (Gary) Holcomb, Shirley Garrow; brothers: Bobby Garrow, Jimmy (Nancy) Garrow, and her favorite brother, Steve (Bonita) Garrow.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Garrow, father, Kenny Richardson, grandmother, Grace Samberg; brother, Tommy Garrow-Samberg, and her sister-in-law, Carol Garrow.
